Katharina Altemeier

Born in 1976, Katharina Altemeier studied German Language and Literature and Political Science at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. After an 18-month apprenticeship at the Bavarian Broadcast Corporation, she continued working with the company as a radio and television journalist focusing on cultural topics. After joining Form Magazine as an editor she was responsible for articles featuring furniture, graphic, and product design. A freelance journalist since 2010, she currently contributes to magazines like Stylepark, Bauwelt and Form and is a culture correspondent for the Bavarian Broadcast Corporation and the television program Tracks on channel Arte. She currently lives and works in Munich.
